    Hello Aric sir,

    Thank you for Swift reply.

I guess both your environments are On-Premise?-->no Sir One instance is Online and Other is On-Premise.

Does this have to be real-time?-->I think so not sure about it

    1. how can we achieve this via workflow or plugins?

    2. As per my knowledge I need to first call organization service Url of CRM 4.0 from CRM 2016/365 using Code?

Please guide me sir I am confused.

I just need the steps to achieve this Like first we create workflow code in that we call organization URL of CRM 4.0 and then register it in CRM online.

    then further steps.

Because I am not clear what I need to do.

    Please Help Aric Sir!

    Thanks in Advance

So, all you care is about updating the values, not the metadata?

I guess both your environments are On-Premise?

Does this have to be real-time?

I am not sure if this might work for you, but take a look at this:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn932130.aspx

You can enable Change Tracking for your entities to capture changes.

You can then retrieve the changes that happened in the entities, and write your own code to update those changes in CRM 4.

Check a little more regarding this option.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello Aric,

    Thank you for the reply,

No my requirement is different sir.

    1. Source CRM - Dyanmics 365 / CRM 2016

    2. Target CRM - CRM 4

If I update a lookup in CRM 2016/365 then a similar lookup/ picklist on CRM4.0 will be updated automatically.

I need steps to achieve this.

As per my knowledge we can achieve this using either workflow or plugin.

    Please Help aric!

If you're looking to migrate from one to another, Scribe or Kingswaysoft on SSIS both will let you move CRM data.
