The revenue process takes a long time, 30 to 45 minutes. This is ran after hours by a finance person, we want to give this finance person back her personal time. We want to schedule revenue recognition via application server BUT we do not want either report to print, how can this be done?

Perhaps set the machines printer to something like one note or don't have a printer on the machine at all.
