Hello,

In version 20.3.ES SaaS of BC when a user sets the certificate password, the password is visible.

Hi, You are right, I checked it, this seems to be a standard problem, now it is just a variable on the page, and Microsoft forgot to set the ExtendedDatatype = Masked; to the variable.

    Thank you NorthW

I thought the same thing but It is not possible replicate the functionality in a new page because the original page use dotnet and Saas and dotnet are not compatible.

    best regards

    Hi,

    The property is still there.

But you can not alter it through a page or table extension.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/properties/devenv-extendeddatatype-property

You have to live with the definition that was done on the original table or the original page.

The value of the page will override the value on the table so one solution could be to create a complete new page and use that page instead of the original page.
