javascript in crm 2016 malfunction

hi ,

i am facing a problem with crm 2016 javascript where sometimes script got stucked with another scripts which are disabled or not in the same state i had to remove contacted script from the library in order to avoid it . where now i have a script where it is working completely on an Account entity and doesn't on another entity , known that the same method name library and functionality .

even sometimes removing some code from the script with saving and publishing more than twice and still showing the same functions which has been removed !! any idea about ? or does it happening with somebody ?

and in most cases i need to save , publish and run the form twice inorder to update changes !!
