On Dynamics 365 ERP we have the Product Receipt (see attached) and we would like to lock the Terms of payment selection or prevent particular users from updating the terms of payments, could you please assist? If you could point out the specific role, duty or privilege to we could copy it, remove the particular permission on the copy and assigned it those user not allowed to update the terms of payment.

Hi Andre,

Thanks, I tried it yesterday and it worked. I have added that table on the role only and denied access to that field for that table. The field does not show for that role but shows on the other roles where needed.

Hi Roberto,

When you want to block or hide fields, you can use table permissions and deny access for specific fields. I explained this concept in one of my blogs: Security how-to: Only finance users are allowed to see cost prices in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Dynamicspedia
