GP alternate SOP Entry window customizations not showing correctly in Web Client

Customer's version is GP2016 R2.  We installed the web client in the test server.  My understanding is that GP window customizations in the fat client will be mirrored in the web client.  However, the Sales Transaction Entry window in the web client is not showing all of the modifications to the alternate window as the one in GP. Some parts of the modifications were missing/misplaced.  The sales transaction entry zoom in the web client shows the modifications correctly.  Is there are a fix for this in the web client or is this some type of limitation?

    You're partially correct. Web Client is pointed to a Dynamics GP desktop directory, thus, will make available any customizations/modifications that are available on that GP directory.

    The exception is VBA customizations, they will not work in Web Client.

    What type of modification or alternate version of the Sales Transaction Entry window do you have and what parts of the modification don't show?

    Do all of the modifications on the Sales Transaction Entry window show without issues in the Dynamics GP desktop client that Web Client is pointed to?

    Thank you for the feedback. 

    I don't think there were any VBA customizations done.   

    Here's how it looks like in GP: (correct)

    Below is how it looks like in web client: (scrolling window on the right is missing and some fields are overlapping)

    Here's how the Sales Transaction Entry Zoom looks like in the web client: (which is how I expected the Sales Transaction Entry to look like)

    Also, yes, all of the modifications on the Sales Transaction Entry window show without issues in the Dynamics GP desktop client that Web Client is pointed to (as seen in the first screenshot above).

    Any thoughts on what could be causing this and how to fix it?
