I'm struggling trying to find KB2278963, all the old links are dead and I'm going around in circles with support.

Could there be anyone out there who used the KB and saved it?

What do you mean by circle with support?

Have you already contacted the MS support and can't they provide this fix?

Yes, I was bouncing between MS support and MPN support.

But I found the KB and will close this post again.

An old backup from a former colleague saved me.

Hi Rob, I sure do, also have the KB2289365 for webpart included if needed. I made a 7zip file with the KB's and its a total of 172MB. Send me a mail on KKlimek81 at gmail.com and we can find a way to share it.

Sure, just send a mail to my gmail mentioned above and create a dropbox / Onedrive folder i can upload to.

well, if you use dropbox or Onedrive you create a folder and share it with my gmail address.
