Hi,
I have a strange problem. I've set up a hybrid SSS from Dyn 365 on prem to O365 using the guide on Microsoft's pages (although we had to comment out a part of the PS script since those cmdlets had been deleted by Microsoft, which is strange since Dyn 365, 8.2, is the bleeding edge of on prem).
After that I created a queue for a mailbox in O365, enabled that and it was working fine. Both the mailbox and the Server setup says they're fine from within CRM.
Then I created two more queues for mailboxes in O365, these also tested fine when I did a "test & enable". For these two there are no incoming mails being created in CRM, however I can SEND mails from CRM using the mailbox.
How do I troubleshoot this?
(and why is CRM 2016 the highest available version... the license says otherwise)
Thanks
