I am attempting to input a timesheet against a Project ID. If I put the Project ID in, no categories show up. If I leave the Project ID blank and enter the Project category, the Project ID is blank. All categories are Shared and listed in Project categories as "Active". Under HR, worker is assigned the project and the categories. If the Project ID is input first, no categories do not show up. If I put the category in first, other projects come up but not the one I need.

You can check if in your environment the project/category validation is set to mandatory and if the valid combinations are then not setup? You can either maintain the project/category relationships or change the requirement for having a mandatory validation.
