dear all

i have a customized entity called Branches (branch_id, branch_name, branch_city) and i added a subgrid on account level.

what i need is that each account has his own set of branches and i dont want these branches to be visible and allowed for other branches.

in another words, i need to be able to fill a list of branches for each specific account (via subgrid), these lists should be exclusively owned by their accounts.

i tried different combinations of relationships but nothing worked out.

please help me.

Do you mean create a lookup field and hide it just for the sake of relationship. please correct me if wrong.

Did you add the account lookup to the Branches entity?

That should automatically create the relationship and the mapping for you.

Once you do that, add the subgrid that is available for you to the account form, and it will contain the list of branches only for that account.

This is basically an Out of the Box feature.
