Two loads in one sales line issue

Hi,

We encountered issue on releasing sales order to warehouse, it is creating two loads per sales line.

Is anyone has encountered the same issue? If so, what are the possible root cause for this and how to resolve it.

    Can you share the WHS related settings? Is it for all sales lines or e.g. a particular product or unit of measure?
