HI,

I have a scenario where the user request was automatically delegated to some other person

The workflow box shows that it is automatically dekegated from this person to other person

Apart from this , no other information

Can someone let me know where can i check why it was automatically delegated. I tried to go in workflows and check basic settings & advanced settings but couldnt find anything

The user wants to know why this particular request only got delegated to other person

How/what can i check in system to understand why it was automatically delegated

Hi NDingankar22,

Delegation you can set in workflow configuration.

But before that; we need to see the design you set in your workflow. Is it possible to share the screen shot of this configuration? Also, if you can point out at which level, the workflow is automatically delegating, then it will be easy to figure out the root cause to provide a solution.

Delegation is configured in user options. You can read more about it here: Delegate work items in a workflow.

Hello N,

I would start having a look at the workflow history first to check whether something can be identified there.

If you have not setup anything specific in the workflow then have a look at the user options form that Martin mentioned.

Thank you all for answering my post.

I have one customized form which shows the delegation details of the workflow

I found that record in this form , hence the workflow got delegated.
