
How can I arrange to have evening/weekend support from Microsoft for an upgrade to GP 2018 we will be doing in a month or so? I recall a number of years ago, you could pay a flat fee to have someone on standby, and then an additional fee if a call was actually placed. What is the procedure now?

I have the same question (0)I am not aware of a process where this can be arranged. We perform upgrades all the time and would be willing to assist. Depending on how far behind you are the upgrade could be done on site. You can assist as much or as little as you want.
