Hoping someone can help me...
We are trying to set up emailing of customer statements but I keep running into a wall.
I get the following error every time I try send out a test email: The target email address has not been specified on the document layout for Customer: C00004, Customer Statement. //Choose the Document Layouts action on the customer or vendor card to specify the email address.
The problem is, as you can see from the document layout below, there is an email address and so I am rather stumped as to why the customer statement simply doesn't want to work. The invoice works perfectly when testing with my own email address but the customer one simply doesn't want to work.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what I am missing?
