Hi Everybody,
we would like to know what to do when we recently got email about renewal of CRM online.
We are MS Gold partner a we got CRM online from partner program but now it looks like we have to renew that license.
We recently renewed our MS partnership.
What's going to happen with that CRM license? Are we going to be billed or we have to just let someone know that we are still MS partner or something?

Hi,
Under IUR you will get key for renewing your CRM subscription. This key generated each year as CRM online is part of IUR.
Check for that key and renew subscription from Office 365.

So if we don't see any invoices or billing information under billing we should be good just get renewal without any addition fees?

Go to portal.office.com>>on the left hand side>>check subscription
Also check billing>> if you see any invoice or pending payments>>click on support & raise a request to get it resolved

answer for first question is yes and yes we renew our partnership every year.
And for the last question that's exactly what we are concern about, we are not able to find out if we will have to pay for renewal of CRM or we can renew it as a part of MS partnership somehow.
Is there any way ho to find out if we going to be billed?

Hi so the crm online your using is part of your internal use rights? Have you renewed your Partner subscription as it requires renewing every year? Otherwise you will have to pay for your crm licences?
