Hello All,

Is it possible to increase file limit size from more than 32 MB in CRM. If yes then where to change it.

    Hi ,

    Sorry 32 MB is the maximum size , you can not increase this from UI or any supported way.

    As suggested above you can split the file and do import.

    Yes you can upload upto 128 MB in crm. Please increase the limit in System Settings - Email tab as shown below

    I think there is no way to increase file size in online 365. Please split and upload the files.
