Hello,

I am sure there is an easy solution for this one.

When I share a model driven app , users gets the following message and they don't have the option the left navigation menu , which makes unusable the app.

Any ideas? thanks

How are you sharing the model driven app? Each app has a unique ID and can be given a unique name as well to build off your instance URL. For example:

Users will need to have permission to see the app. This can be done by assigning security roles to the app through the app selection screen. Once that has been done, they should be able to see everything as expected when you share the URL.
