Activities not showing for some users in Social Pane for no obvious reason. Dynamics CRM 365

Some users experience that activities regarding an account do not show in the social pane.

Sys Admin users see the activities on the account. The users in mention have sufficient priviledges to see activities, and the activities are owned by one of the users affected - and the activities have a regarding relation to the account.

There is no "We didn't find any activity records" so clearly activities are there - but they do not show.

Any ideas?

I fixed it - using Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, but Firefox works as well.

Problem seems to have been confined to Chrome. I had the user try Firefox and the Social pane displayed ok. After a reset of Chrome the social pane displayed as expected.

Having the same issue. The user can see the activities if they navigate to the activities sub-grid.
