Latest records are displaying in database of UAT

Hello All,
 
We are trying to check the latest transaction records in the ax.RetailTransactionSalesTrans table by accessing UAT database in the development environment. Unfortunately we are not accessing the latest data in sql. It is showing till 2019 data but when we search in the Show Journal of POS, we are able to see the 2023 data. 
 
Also, when we are trying to access the SQL server profiler of UAT in dev environment, we are getting below error mentioned in the screenshot.
 
 
Could you please let us know why this issue is occurring?

    The question is not very clear. If you are saying you can see the new transactions on Show Journal in POS, but not in HQ DB. It could be because the data was not pulled back to FnO.

    Thank you for your response. 
     
    I am not saying that the data is not available in HQ. As per my investigation, the show journal is operating calling the crt.Journaltransactionview to display the receipts in the pos.
    To run a query directly in the sql, i have connected the uat db directly from dev environment using sql authentication. Unfortunately I am not getting the latest data in the transactions tables while it is showing in the pos.

    tables and view in ax and crt schema on HQ AXDB will not hold any data as these are used for the embedded retail servers in the tier 1 box. If you want to see the data, query the axdb  by removing the "ax" prefix from RetailTransactionSalesTrans
