Duplicate Pay Stub GP2013

ReportReport

We have an employee who got married and changed her name back in September.  The pay checks are printing correctly, but the Duplicate Pay Stub is using her maiden name.  The two "reports" must be pulling from different fields.  Can anyone help?

I have not heard of this before, but am not surprised though =)

I would suggest going into a test company, running the processes to get those reports...print to screen. From there, switch to Report Writer mode and look at the actual fields involved.

Once you have identified the "correct" field out of the two, from there I would try and update the duplicate pay stub with the "correct" field.

Caveats - Back up your reports dictionary first, NEVER work in the live dictionary while other users are in the system/potentially using it - you CAN corrupt your reports.dic file, remember that security may be involved in making sure you get access to updated "reports".

If you have never done this...then you need to be careful here.
