Any way to show text block as condition basis from commerce site builder

Hi Everyone,

I need help on dynamics 365 commerce Site builder, i am trying to add text-block into buybox module to show alert message based on one product attribute value, but customer want option to change it so i am trying to add it from site builder instead of through code. But i am not able to add condition to show / hide that text block

Need help or suggestion how can I achieve this.
