Tickets is not a term used in standard Business Central as far as I know.

Are you using some kind of customization or 3. party solution?

If so you probably need to contact those who have developed your solution.

I agree with Inge, you can check if it is a standard feature based on the object ID of the currently open page. If this is a custom feature, please contact your partner.
