Send an Outbound Email from a Dynamics Contact

In our Dynamics Environment, each User has a corresponding Contact Record with their Work Email set to their email address.
When sending an outbound email, they would rather pick the Contact Record in the /From/ rather than a User or Queue Record.
Is this possible as a setting or custom behavior to set up?
