Good Morning,
I am in the process of upgrading a customer from GP2010 to GP2015 in a test environment. When I go into the Dynamics Utilities I receive the following error message:
There was a problem ascertaining Product version information. Dynamic GP Utilities will now exit. Please check the duinstall.log file for more information.
When looking at the log file It states the following:
Error: Product 7131 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2398.
Product 7131 is the Canadian Payroll module and I have not been able to get by this message any help will be greatly appreciated,
