    Hi Tejaswini,

We can add the column "business unit" to the team subgrid of the user form.

Open the User form, click the Form Editor button.

Double-click the TEAMS sub-grid to edit its properties.

Click Edit to edit the view.

We can see that the Business Unit is already in the view. Save and close.

In the form editor, save and then publish.

Go back to User form, we can check the business unit of the user's teams through the Team subgrid.

    Hi Tejaswini,

We can use Flow to detect the business units of team and user when team is assigned to the user, but in what way do you want to reflect the result?

Do you need to send an email to remind the user that his own business unit is different from the one of his team, or use a field to represent this result?

    Hi Tejaswini,

It is theoretically possible to use Flow. We need to create Flow by triggering the creation of the N: N relationship entity "teammembership" between User and Team.

However, after testing, Flow did not recognize the creation and update of the "teammembership" entity. So this Flow cannot work from the beginning.

Therefore, this may be a limitation of Flow.

In short, the solution I can think of does not work.

Let us see if other experts have any ideas.
