Hi

Anyone know what is the correct size of the event image that you add when setting up the event that will display on the portal?

    Hi Brad,

    Event Image option is connected with Marketing Content > Files.

    See here for supported file type. The maximum file size for uploaded images is 5 MB.

    If you upload a image is larger than limitation, you will get an error in upload window:

    And you can see uploaded file size in files browser view.

    The choice is yours of course.

    I don't know what the 'correct' size is.

    I can tell you the size of the default image (the skyline picture) is 2509 x 800 for 96dpi.

    Hi, I have the same question but about the optimal size of the portal image in order to not have it grainy. The default image is not in the optimal size, how can I find the information about the size required? Thank you
