Sentiment and thematic analysis of open-ended questions not available

One of the primary reasons our institution purchased additional licenses for Customer Voice (Forms Pro) was because of the ability to use the Azure Cognitive services for text analysis of open-ended survey data. These services were explicitly described in the Forms Pro documentation, which I can no longer find. I am now not able to find any of these services in the Customer Voice documentation, except for here: https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/no-audience/2019/07/01/capture-and-analyze-feedback-with-microsoft-forms-pro-now-generally-available/ 

Are we no longer able to get the key phrases word cloud and sentiment analysis from our Customer Voice surveys? I'm not seeing any reports for my surveys when I go to the Power BI workspace, nor do I see any analysis in the Customer Voice reports. This is frustrating.

    You can get sentiment by setting up satisfaction metrics https://youtu.be/ghIMpRSRE4I
