Hi Experts,

Do you have any idea how to activate this delete button? Path Project management and accounting > inquiries and report > transaction inquiries

Hi Partner,

In my environment, On-account records can be deleted properly, please check according to the following steps:

1.Whether or not you have delete permissions for this table.

2.Whether the record you want to delete is being used.

3.If the above doesn't work, here's the method on how to delete data:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/dev-ref/xpp-data/xpp-delete

This can be used as an alternative until you contact Microsoft support to resolve the issue for you.

Hi Haig Liu,

Some of the projects On- account records can be deleted, but I have 1 project that the on-account cannot be deleted, any advise? Thank you.
