My client has employees who exceed $230,000 annual wages - the limit where 401K deductions should stop. The deduction maximum is set to the 401K limit of $17,500 (or whatever it should be.) How can we get the deduction to stop when their wages exceed $230K? We tried using deduction tiers, but that seems to be set for the pay period rather than the annual amount. Any other ideas? Thanks.
