Hi,

I have received word document with some screenshots from AX2012 R2. one of them is below

from where i can open "Open sales order lines" form?

as I see MSDN says "On the All customers page, select the customer to view information for. On the Action Pane, on the Sell tab, in the Related information group, click Orders, and then click Open sales order lines. ", but there is no "Open sales order lines" in orders.

    Hi Joni,

    Looks like an Inquiry. Which leads me to Sales and Marketing -> Inquiries -> Order status -> Open sales order lines.
