Error while loading model driven app within teams

Hello all,

I am having an issue where some users in my org are not able to load a model driven app within Teams, it works for most of the users, but not for some of them.

they get following errorcode: 0x80048d19.

This happens as soon as they try to load the app. But when they navigate to the url (on the world icon on the top right hand side), and open the web browser, it works fine. I tried clearing cache, but it didn't help.

I checked licenses, user rights, all is configured the right way.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It's only unavailable to some users and is related to the dataverse...

I think it's maybe because of some kind of limitation?

Hi :),

So this model driven app was shared with teams, I downloaded the Zip package and uploaded the app for the organization, additionally shared the app to all users, this to make sure they all have access. however a few users are having this issue in teams only.

I already verified the licensing, user rights, azure, etc. and nothing.

Hi darb1985,

Error code 0x80048d19 is related to an invalid data request.

So I think the error may be caused by the fact that teams are not connected to the data:
