Dynamics 365 vs 2016 OnPremise - System Settings (Formats)

Hi guys,

I recently migrated data from 2016 onPremise to dynamics 365 using SSIS and Kingwaysoft and I noticed that time is different, but personal and general timezone/date setting matches. Timezone is set to GMT (+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh.. in both environments. This causes that all date fields in my system have wrong time (minus 1 hour). Could someone explain why the time is different (365 settings on the left, onPremise setting on the right) and maybe advice how it could be fixed? Thanks.

    Hi,

    With Kingswaysoft, In the destination you have an option to treat the times as UTC.  Have a look at www.kingswaysoft.com/.../destination t osee the screen i'm referring to.

    I did not notice this option. I would say that date fields will be migrated in UTC by default.  I have learned something new today. Thanks a lot.
