I have an my own D365 test envirnoment, I want to try to configure my outlook mailbox to receive and send mail by D365 and sync calendar, But when I was testing the mailbox, it prompted:“Testing and enablement failed because the Exchange mailbox with the email address "hdjgreen@outlook.com" could not be found in the Exchange environment associated with the email server profile "Outlook." If you are connecting to Exchange Online, verify that your mailbox has a license assigned. Exchange error code: ErrorNonExitentMailbox.”
I wonder if I need any other configurations, such as on my email account,By the way, the mailbox I used when applying for D365 is not the same as the mailbox I used to send and receive mail, although they both used Outlook mailboxes
