I am setting up three lanes at a store and I can't change the register numbers.  They all read as register one.  Does anyone know why this might be happening.

    Did you set the register numbers in Store Operations Administrator on each?

    File -> Configuration -> Register Tab

    Yes we did and it keeps returning it to register 1.  However, we think there is an administration error with the PC and we are looking into that.  Thanks for your response.

     The register information is stored in the Windows registry so whatever account you are logged into Windows with must be able to modify the registry.  If you're logging in with an administrator level account that shouldn't be a problem.  However, if your account is a "limited" account, you won't be able to update the registry.
