Business Process Workflow (BPF) showing blank after initial save

We have a BPF set up to create an Account record. It works as expected in the backend.

However, for certain forms, after saving initial stage and moving to the next stage, the BPF section becomes blank. If the web page is refreshed, next stage then shows up correctly.

We are currently on Dynamics 365 and this BPF is imported from our old Dynamics 2016 version.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
