Purchase and spend analysis - Across legal entities

We are implementing across multiple markets (legal entities) in the EU. Currently, the Purchase and Spend Analysis Power BI report shows data analysis for a specific legal entity only. A manager has requested the ability to view purchase and spend analysis across the various legal entities in the EU that they oversee. Upon review, we noticed that there is no filter on legal entity that can be removed when you select Edit Analytics. Does anyone know if it is possible to make this Power BI report available for all legal entities? Or has anyone encountered a similar requirement and could suggest an alternative solution?
