I don't Know Exactly why this issue came

I Go TO AOT Layer and using //, and compile to bypass this issue.

And After bypass when Again Creating Batch it running perfectly I want to know why this issue came.

Hello Mohit Rampal after reviewing it, I can not delete plan I have lots of Plan in Pending.
