Can't upgrade v22 BC OnPrem database to v23 - error at Sync-NAVTenant

Hello,
 
Since Business Central 2023 wave 2 (v23) is out, I would like to test an upgrade on an On-Premise database.
 
I  have a v22 On-Premise database that works perfectly. I try to upgrade it like I did several times since v19, like this :
 
  • uninstall and unpublish all extensions from my v22 database
  • create v23 server instances
  • upgraded the database to v23
  • The probleme is when I Sync
 
Translation : An unexpected error occurred after canceling a database command.
 
When I look at the error in the Event Viewer, I have more information :
 
 
When I look at the data structure in SQL server, I still have former data structure, with 1 table for each extension and the app id directly in the tables name.
 
Do you know where I get it wrong ?
