MS Silverlight and Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Integration

I need MS Silverlight for one of my Dynamics 365 Sales Apps to work. However, I have downloaded MS Silverlight, and zipped the file and tried importing it as a solution into my Dynamics instance and comes up with an error message. 

Can MS Silverlight be integrated into a Dynamics CRM Online 2016 instance?
