My messages.txt file does not include the line for the system message 123 related to the period change in documents. Could someone helpme with the syntax of this line to add manually to my file?

I show the following 2 lines when I do a search in my messages.msg file:
123,0,",",0,0,S,0,Warning - Period is not the current %s fiscal period.
123,0,0,0,64,S,0,Warning - Period is not the current %s fiscal period.
