We have multiple failed attempts of installing Marketing on our Sandbox instance.
We currently still run under Customer Engagement Licenses, that include Marketing App.
We've tried with System Admins, Global Admins, etc. as per instructions from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/purchase-setup / leading to a variety of errors regarding system access.
When the user is able to initiate the installation (via Admin Portal/Applications/Manage), it runs until about 42 - 48% at which point it fails every single time. Now it looks like I have a partial installation. Within Marketing itself it tells me "your installation includes the solutions, but not the services required by thh Marketing App....." with no more instructions than everything we've already tried.
