Contact Insights in Marketing App

Hello,

I have created subscription center form which contains subscription list 1)Annual Newsletter 2)Monthly Newsletter

1st Case: When someone submits the form and subscribing to Monthly newsletter by clicking on checkbox

Contact insights shows -->Subscription list interactions---> Contact subscribe-->1 i.e. Monthly Newsletter

 But at same time it also shows 

 Contact insights shows -->Subscription list interactions---> Contact Unsubscribe-->1 i.e. Annual Newsletter.

2nd case:  When someone submits the form and unsubscribing to Monthly newsletter by clearing the checkbox

Contact insights shows -->Subscription list interactions---> Contact subscribe-->1 i.e. Monthly Newsletter

 But at same time it also shows 

 Contact insights shows -->Subscription list interactions---> Contact Unsubscribe-->2 i.e. Annual Newsletter and Monthly Newsletter

Means, Contacts Unsubscribed are 3.

Now the question is  Contacts Unsubscribed should show 1(i.e. Monthly Newsletter) instead of 3,this indicates the false data as he never subscribed for annual newsletter.

Say if I want to know how many contacts have unsubscribed to the service so it should be 1 only as he never subscribed for annual newsletter,

    Hello,

    sorry for the late reply, it was categorized differently and it took some time to be routed back.

    Unsubscribes focuses on subscription center input, and it only counts marketing lists unsubscribes, not including those that ticked the "Do not Email" checkbox.

    To be sure everything works fine can you please open a Service Request so that we can look at your instance in particular?
