Thank you :D

Set SPN is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. image.
Hello 1984,
The command should be setspn -*insert letter denoting function*
Please see the following article on how to set them: blogs.msdn.com/.../configuring-service-principal-names.aspx
Please let me know if it helped.
Hi Magor,
Thanks for the help but the problem is not how to set the SPN it is the error message in the command prompt box upon setting the SPN. When I pop the command line in, obviously replacing the details in brackets with the server name and user:
setspn -a HTTP/<crm application server name> <user running crm app pool>
I get the following error message which I think may be due to it being on a Windows 2003 server:
Set SPN is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Found a way around this:
I needed to install the Windows Server 2003 support tools from the installation CD.
