We are using Dynamics SL 7.0 and currently have a check stuck in the Checks screen with a status of R. I have tried the Microsoft article and it does not fix the issue. http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/843932. Basically when I get to the AP Check Update screen and select Keep All, the batch will not Post and stays in an R status. Any other possible resolutions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I was able to resolve the issue by working with Microsoft Dynamics support. They verified that any affected tables for the batch were correct and stated just to update the batch table status to P. Thanks for providing the link to the KB article, that is beneficial for future issues.
It seems like you must be getting an error in the eventlog. Are you? What is it?
The KB article you found is good. Another one you will definitely want is KB 2784111. There is a worktable spreadsheet you should download. In that file there are multiple different tabs that show different values in different tables for many screen.
Find the tab for System Check Batches. Then match up the values shown for each of the tables and put them in Synch. Sometimes you must move the batch forward and sometimes back. I would say that typically, it is the batch status that would need updated.
