Hi,

I read a article about Field Service lifecyle and there is a sentence that ı dont understand.It is"Once assigned to a resource (field agent), the field agent will be notified and they can accept or reject the work order schedule."Which entity and field include accept or reject information?where the field staff are doing this?

Try the Approval entity. It has Approval status. A lookup with Accept/Reject.
