ReportIn this project, we will use the surveys of Voice of the Customer as a method to score participants in a contest. I need to be able to handle the data obtained in the feedback, by this I mean that I will take the average of the information provided by the survey, I will have to specify who obtained the highest score, who was the favorite among other things, but not I see the way to manipulate that information, do what I want is possible?
And if this is possible, how can I do it? Can someone help me with this?
