Hi All,
I have a user who keeps seeing the Invalid App License error. Although, this user has been currently setup and have full CE license. (As mentioned in the below link)
We tried clearing browser cache but doesn't seem to help.
What else could I check? Thanks in anticipation.

I believe force sync could be an option. Could have slipped from sync and hence, not a single App (apart from the legacy classic app) is accessible.

Hi,
If you are confident that all the licenses are ok then try force sync the user once from power platform admin center. Also make sure the security role the user has is added to the apps (just in case)
Also you can diagnose the user issues from PPAC
