Management Reporter pulling bad segments into tree?

i recently pulled in all our departments into an MR tree, and one department came through that isn't valid. i may have created the department segment, and then deleted it, but nothing was ever posted there, and it does not currently exist. Has anyone else experienced MR pulling in invalid segments when they use the "import reporting units" function? is there a stale table, or something out there, that MR is using to import?

Hi Michael,

If you are using the DDM, you could rebuild that. Otherwise you can try what Mahmoud suggested too.

I would start by refreshing the Financial Data. Go To Tools Menu > Refresh the cached Financial Data

One more thing to try out is to refresh the MR Companies in the MR Configuration
