KingswaySoft Error Message during upsert Cannot insert duplicate key to Dynamics online

While performing an upsert using KingswaySoft, I got an error message 'Cannot insert duplicate key'. This is an error I've never seen before and was wondering if there have been changes to CRM. I've used the KingswaysSoft package for several years without fail. below is the actual error message:
