Alerts message not displayed in notification and email

Hi All,

I have been trying to set up alerts for 2 fields on the same form. The batch jobs for these alerts run successfully and I do receive the notifications in F&O and email however, the notification and email does not display the message setup on the alerts. I am unsure of what I may be missing out on. Please refer screenshots below.

Alert 1:

I am looking for an outcome as below,

I think that the problem is different. You aren't looking at a notification about a field change at all; the notification is about the batch job.

Hi,

According to your question and screenshot, it seems that the alerts settings you show are about the rules when the fields in the table change, but the screenshot you show that does not show the message content is about the batch job, and the notification about the batch job will not have the message content when the field you set is modified. In other words, the notification of field changes is different from the notification of batch processing, did you not find the notification or email about field modification?
